Problem 1:

When I made an order and on checkout shipping after clicking on checkout, I got an error of “This customer does not have an active cart.” I don’t understand why this error comes. I did not do any modifications to the cart. It’s in the default state previously; it works fine; not now can anyone know how to solve this problem.

Problem 2: Login as customers or Customers can’t log in and get time out issue.

Solution:

You can delete all the records from the quote table using the below query.

Take a DB backup before executing the query.

SELECT * FROM `quote`

Delete all records or specific user records from the “`quote` table.

It will delete all quote data from the main table quote and its related tables automatically.
